Cancellations must be made within 48 hours of appointment. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of deposit. Advance payment is welcome, However, any advance payment for studio time will be forfeited in the event of multiple (2 or more) cancellations.
Refunds for unused/unscheduled studio time are available for 90 days from the time of original appointment unless otherwise arranged. After 90 days, deposits/payments are forfeited.
