Can we get a tour of the studio before we decide to book time?
Yes. Actually, we would prefer that you come for a tour before you book any time in the studio. We'd love to meet you and discuss your project! All consultations are free of charge.

What are the rates at Audio Out?

What are the hours of operation?
7 days a week 10am - 10pm. All recording/mixing/mastering sessions are by appointment only. Please email us at jeff@audioout.org or call us at 815.343.9484.  

Is studio time and an engineer a separate charge?
No. An engineer is always included with a session.

Is there a student or military discount?
Absolutely! Student ID or military ID is required for a 10% discount.

Can I take my tracks with me after a session?
Yes. You will receive a rough mix-down of what that session consists of that day on a CD.

Will my songs be on iTunes, Spotify and other distribution companies?
Yes. We can discuss the options when the project is complete.

Can I smoke in the studio?
No. Audio Out is a smoke-free facility. Food and drinks are allowed in the studio.
